L.I.N.C. and Associates (BC) Ltd. was founded in March 2004. It is based on the core belief that pro-social, ex-offenders who are accountable for their behaviour have something valuable to give back to society.

Currently, L.I.N.C. is contracted by Correctional Programmes, R.H.Q - Pacific Region, to hold weekly meetings at the Abbotsford Parole Office, as well as Manchester and Belkin Houses. L.I.N.C. provides in-reach services to all lifers as well as other long-term and/or chronic offenders incarcerated in the Pacific Region (British Columbia). L.I.N.C. is also funded by Correctional Service of Canada to work with all federally sentenced women at the Fraser Valley Institution for Women in Abbotsford.

We endeavour to help ex-offenders and parolees to become responsible, contributing members of society. We do this through efforts like our employment services, social enterprise businesses and housing sectors as well as others as they develop.

L.I.N.C. and Associates is a limited company that employs not only ex-offenders but also employs people who have experience and expertise in working with prisoners/parolees, their families and survivors of serious crime.
